The Attic features a private loft with salvaged rod iron fence used for railing, ship-lap re-cycled from demo, vintage parlor set and maple wardrobe. Hand-scraped hardwood floors, vintage ship-lap and bead board, cathedral ceilings and beams makes this a warm, comfy and just plain cool! Features a comfy Full-size bed, table and 2 chairs, coffee station, individual A/C and Heat, Smart T.V., mini fridge and microwave.

The Attic is an added space to this original Historic home, built in 1895. Owners added 500 square feet and created a unique suite with private staircase entrance, filled with details of re-purposed wood, iron, fixtures, plus a custom tiled shower and vanity await you up high with a view of the trees and TSU only 1/2 block away. All guests get to enjoy Self Check-In where we send you your personal door code the day of your reservation so be sure to check your email as well as your booking platform for your code! Enjoy the fabulous wrap around porch for dining, relaxing or sipping on wine. The East Courtyard is perfect for gatherings, enjoying the garden and green space. The Kitchen is a working Commercial Kitchen, however, our guests are welcome to prepare any special dietary needs they have, come for more ice and condiments anytime.

Residential and multi-housing neighborhood with various style and era of homes, Historic Red brick streets, 1/2 block from Tarleton State University, walking distance to Stephenville's Historic Downtown and the Hospital district Most everything you will need is in walking distance from the Gallery House. We have Uber, Stephenville taxi service and car rentals.
