The Attic Loft is Gallery House's most unique suite — a
500 square foot space built above the original 1895 home,
accessible by its own private staircase entrance. With
cathedral beams, salvaged iron railings, hand-scraped
hardwood floors, and a view of the trees and Tarleton State
just half a block away, this is the suite that surprises
guests the most. It's also the only suite at Gallery House
that comfortably sleeps three — making it the top choice
for families and small groups.
Suite Amenities
The Attic Loft features a private staircase entrance,
cathedral ceilings and beams, salvaged rod iron fence
railings, recycled shiplap and beadboard walls, and
hand-scraped hardwood floors throughout. Sleeping
arrangements include one full-size bed and one twin bed —
comfortably sleeping up to 3 guests. A vintage parlor
seating set, maple wardrobe, custom tiled shower and vanity,
individual mini-split AC and heat, 55" Smart TV, in-room
coffee station, mini fridge, and microwave complete the
space. Views of the trees and Tarleton State University
from up high.

Guests at The Attic Loft enjoy full access to all Gallery
House shared spaces — the wrap-around front porch with ample
seating, the east courtyard and grounds with loungers, the
relaxing hotel lobby, shared kitchen, rock patio, and free
on-site parking. The kitchen is a working commercial kitchen
— guests are welcome to prepare special dietary needs, grab
extra ice, and access condiments anytime.

The Gallery House sits at the corner of Tarleton and Ollie
Streets in the heart of Stephenville — half a block from
Tarleton State University and three minutes from the historic
downtown square. Free on-site parking for all guests. Uber
and Lyft are available throughout Stephenville for easy
nights out.
